Welcome to Fun4U. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and platform at fun4u.app, operated by Fun4U ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 8 years old to use Fun4U. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages on the leaderboard.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or reproduce any content from the platform.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain unfair XP, badges, or leaderboard rankings.
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Free Plan: Access to 3 Kid Mode courses and 4 Legend Mode courses, all games, and the public leaderboard — at no charge.
• Premium Plan (₹199/month): Unlocks all courses, ad-free experience, and premium leaderboard features.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund for new Premium subscriptions if you have not accessed any premium content. To request a refund, email support@prosperawealth.ai.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Fun4U — including course text, lesson material, games, graphics, and the Fun4U name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Fun4U and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

Financial concepts, educational frameworks, and general knowledge are not owned by us. The specific way we have written, structured, and gamified this content is our intellectual property.

6. Educational Disclaimer

Fun4U is an educational platform only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Fun4U is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor.

7. XP, Badges, and Leaderboard

XP points, badges, and leaderboard rankings are virtual rewards with no monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real-world currency or goods. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove any virtual rewards at our discretion, including in cases of abuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fun4U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
